Know your minimum stock levels. When an item drops below the threshold, create a purchase order immediately.

If you have multiple stores, transfer stock instead of buying new. Check the Supply Chain Query to see where items are available.
**4. Regular Stock Counts**
Schedule monthly physical counts and reconcile with the system.
**5. Track WIP (Work in Progress)**
